Bug? Problem with E quest -others can tele in

Other people can teleport to you while you are in E quest.
When not grouped and not on friend list.
Same instance.
Until they get to the floor incident, if they've done the quest, they just run through with their quest characters by their side.
After that, puzzles req.
Not sure how much this stuffs up the quest for the person who started it.
