how To get all the debuffs that can proc thjs Set. At first, I was using ele drain for to get minor magic steal. My friend suggested that using an Ice Staff puts minor maim on targets passively. I was thinking about mixing it with IA for the minor vulnerability, but Heavy attacks are not barely needed

Wouldn't Lightning Staff give you more damage that way with Minor Vulnerability?

Not sure. It’s a weird set. You have to put a minor de buff on enemy to proc an ice wraith that deals 28k damage over 8 seconds. I get confused about the de buff or status effect. It’s really not clear wtf is proc ing the Set. Or where the damages are popping up at. You see the wraith come out and charge a target. Then it disappears.

Afaik you need stat debuff so for a magicka character elemental weapon or AS destro staff should do they trick consistently

Well- if you plan on running it on a Warden- you have a high chance to apply minor maim via class frost skills and you have a 100% chance to apply minor lifesteal via Leeching Vines.

You could pair it with the new set that does AOE ice damage when blocking (it also adds a higher percentage to apply minor maim).

My friend was telling me that frost staff attacks cause minor maim. I diddnt really get that impression from the wiki list?

Tool tips say blah blah blah chance to chill an enemy. Is the chilled enemy maimed? I dont know? I also use a frost enchant for reasons. When that procs, does it cause minor maim?

I reckon shock could cause minor vulnerability? Is that the same thing as concussed?

Minor maim is the status effect of chilled, lasts for 4 seconds. Just like concussed is minor vulnerability.
