Daily Crafting Bug for Jewelry--not updating

I've tried this on two different Toons and gotten the same result--went to Summerset, completed the Jewelry Certification quest, logged out and then back in. When I go to the Crafting board and pull off a writ for Jewelry, it asks me to craft 3 pewter rings, but when I craft the first one (and the second), it doesn't update the crafting quest, meaning I can never complete it and I'm just wasting materials. Tried it at the crafting station in Alinor and also in Daggerfall and Vivek City.

One of the main reasons I purchased Summerset was for the jewelry crafting.

I have the same problem right now on PC NA. I assume I'm doing something wrong and it isn't actually a bug, but it told me two make two pewter necklaces, I made two pewter necklaces, and it still says I need to make two pewter necklaces.

So far everything about jewelry has been irritating. Pewter nodes replacing more useful metal, the l o n g run to the maze of Alinor to find the certification, and now it just plain doesn't work

I already discovered the problem. No, it is a bug- The writ doesn't update if you craft 2 at once, only if you craft 1 at a time. When I crafted 1 it updated to count the ones in my inventory already also. The other writ types can accept crafting multiple at once e.g. woodworking writs to craft 2 bows.

I am able to craft two necklaces at once on all four of my crafting toons and it works fine.

I am doing platinum jewelry not pewter, though.

If you make two at once and it doesn’t update, which sounds like a bug, try selling them to a vendor and buying them back. I’ve accidentally sold writ items to a vendor, and when I buy them back the quest updates again. Perhaps it will kickstart things if you get them back in your inventory one at a time that way.
