can't find queen ayrenn

i'm no longer able to find queen ayrenn to complete the upper crust achievement.
i remember perfectly that she was at vulkhel guard manor but now she vanished.
i already completed all main and secondary quests... is it possible that i'm no longer able to find her?

I found her in Dune in Reapers March. She is still there after finishing that storyline crowning the new Mane.

oh... i see that she was moved to queen's residence, but the throwing pie is still bugged so it doesn't matter anyway

Skywatch, Dune, the haunted ruins (Tanzeweil or whatever); maybe in Greenshade manor or wherever the Silvenar questline ended in Malabal Tor.

i found her. but it's impossible to hit her with the pie. it's bugged like with joruunn.

i already throw dozens of pies, even in very close range, and i missed all.

Try a different place. She's in multiple places at once. She's Schrödinger's Elf.

I tried throwing a Pie at Jorunn at a place outdoors in the Rift, no go. Going to Trolhetta summit and throwing one got me the achievement.
