BUG: Dark Elves can still be affected by burning

Title says it all, has happened in three consecutive death recaps in battlegrounds. No, I didn't forget to put in my skill points after the wrathstone reset. Anyone else experience this? I suspect is has to do with reflect skills from DK and S&B skill line or the 100% proc chance on sets like caluurions legacy.
