Yup, as the title says. Where is it? Is it coming back? Is it tied to event tickets or event rewards coffers? Or am I missing something?

It comes with the Witches Festival, not the Jesters

It is part of the Witches Festival.

Ask in Zone Chat as lots of people have that motif
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Gary Gravestink "I am glad you died, I needed the help"

It's a "Halloween" themed item, comes back every October.

"Don't count on others for help. In the end each of us is in this alone. The survivors are those who know how to look out for themselves."

    Ah -- OK. Confused.

    Thanks.

My brain associated harlequin (traditionally a pantomime fool) with jester and not witch.

I'll pay more attention next time. Maybe this is the reason I've missed it every year
