Break free / Bash interrupt broken.

I am returning after a brief break from the game to discover that there is about a 3 second delay when breaking free or bash interrupting. With the numerous cc's in battlegrounds PvP is unplayable at the moment IMO. I will not be playing ESO until this is addressed. ZoS there have been several forums regarding this topic, response is mandated.

Block and dodge as well. I keep getting cc'd through block ever since wrathstone.

Yes Xbox NA there’s a serious delay in breaking free. Also getting eclipse put on you in a fight is a near death sentence.

I feel like if they had done any playtesting whatsoever they would have caught this, honestly it's getting embarrassing to say I even still play this game because it's so jacked up and never changes.
