XP Scroll Not Stacking Like It Should

I used the Pie from the event on one of my lower level characters and ran a handful of dolmen then went and got a 150% XP scroll and applied it. It is showing both XP buffs active but I'm getting the SAME amount of XP WITH the scroll applied. I went by the amount showing on my bar and subtracted it, it is the same. The 150% XP scroll is NOT applying.
