Minor/Major Buffs stack?

So this is probably a very outdated question.
But do Major/Minor buff of the same name stack?
Like Low Slash (Minor Heroism) and the Shimmering Shield (Major Heroism)

Yes, you can stack a major buff and minor buff with the same name.
Applying a major or minor buff twice does not stack the effect, it often overrides the first buff.

You can have both minor heroism and major heroism active at the same time, but not 2x minor heroism at the same time.

The same goes for debuffs such as minor fracture and major fracture.
