I think many of the originals have left, or stopped updating at least.
Don't get me wrong, Alcast is great. Just looking for a little variety.
I used to find Jekyll's info top notch. Gilliam was also very helpful.
Focusing mostly on Stamblade.
Honorable mention to Deltia. Started me off when I first started playing.
Probably why I still suck...Just jokes.

ankeor✭✭✭✭✭You can check Dottzgaming website for both PvE and PvP. For PvE FearTurbo adn Xynode also have their websites. FearTurbo has different builds from beginner to end-game for all kind of players. Xyonade's audience is not made of end game players so his builds are for mid range players. His builds work but in my opinion they are a little bit no-brainer and are not as efficient as they can be. But if you do not have much time for building a complete char and want something easy to get you can check Xynode out.
Other than that you have to search thru Youtube for other content creators. I am not really a PvP'er so I do not really remember the names YT'rs who does PvP but if you interested in PvE you can check T3hasiangod and NefasQS not only for builds but also for the game knowledge they provide.2 -
