It is possible to command sorcerer summons to focus on a single target?

They attack whatever they want or is possible to make them attack the same target your focusing?

Maybe they could implement an extra button when you summon a pet to command to attack the target you select.

Heavy attacking a target should make your combat pets prioritize that one. Though, I have seen the Hunger get distracted before.

but its a broken system they should add a toggle for combat and non combat mode for pets

The summon will refocus as soon as you start your heavy attack. The slight value of that info is that you can change to another attack without completing your heavy attack if that suits your purpose/priorities at the moment.

If a NB uses cloak do i have to heavy attack on him again or the summon will wait till he comes out from cloak?

If you press the command pet key (default is Y) + left click while targeting an enemy it will cause your to focus on that one enemy.
Also as someone else said heavy attacks also mark an enemy as a target.

I know, for hostile NPCs, cloaking won't automatically dump aggro, though if you cloak away, and break line of sight you can shed aggro eventually. I'm not 100% certain if this also applies for pets, but I suspect the behavior is the same. I just haven't spent enough time dealing with pets while cloaking, since players are more immediate threats, and aren't quite as easily fooled.

Yes. Reticle on your Target hold Y key and Left Click. To recall Pet hold Y key and right click.

Do not have to complete the heavy attack. I learned this from watching a Xynode vid on his warden bow/bow 'Yogi' build and the player demonstrated as he intentionally refocused his bear between three target dummies showing how it works. It looked like he was cutting off his HA half or less through the full heavy attack. I've tried on my matriarch sorc in combat with dual lightning staves and it seems to work. So I'd say, yes, what you call a medium attack should work I think.
