Shalks/thunderbugs
I rather see the immersion breaking that is an echalette running fast, than all of the immersion and lore breaking that is the flame atronach, frostfire senche's, glowing gloom wolves, rainbow ponies and whatnot we actually get.
A lot of these should be obtainable in the game, and not purchased from the store. We need more things rewarded inside the game.

✭✭✭✭✭It makes sense that most mounts would be horses, guar and any other creatures actually ridden in the Elder Scrolls ‘verse. It would be nice if basic versions of these were available in-game (so weird that the stable outside Vivec City with all the guar sells horses!) and other mounts could be more expensive or require achievements or so like the indrik.0 -

What if there was special mounts added that had that functionality built in, but the skill it added when mounted was special and not Rapids. Like a special jump or glide.0
