Does anyone know who much flame resist is needed to counter vamps negative effect?

There is no amount that will because of they way it is calculated. The game adds 25% more damage at the end. So say you have 30% mitigation, you take 100 flame damage, the calculation looks like this, ((100*.7)*1.25)= 87.5.

If you want to be immune to the burning proc from flame damage though, out a flame resistance glyph on your jewelry, you get ~3.5k resist, 5-8% less damage from flame damage and you become immune to burning proc from flame damage. That would save you from taking lot of pure damage.

You can estimate the amount with the following equation:

   Mitigation = Mitigation without fire vulnerability
   Mitigation = Resistance / 660 / 100          (if only considering Resistances)
   FlameResist = (1 - Mitigation) / 5 * 660 * 100

So as an example calculation:

    Resistance = 18,000
    Mitigation = 18000 / 660 / 100 = 0.30
    FlameResist = (1 - 0.30) / 5 * 660 * 100 = 9240

So if I had 18,000 resistances which gave me a mitigation of 30% I would need 9240 flame resist to give me that 30% mitigation along with the 25% Flame Damage taken of Vampire stage 4.
