I really only play BGs but seem to do zero damage and die quickly... Is the current go to Seventh+Spriggans or seventh+bone?

Both combinations look fine, also check out protective trait on jewelry, 1700 extra resistance per piece is very good

I used bloodspawn + blessed + Cyro Ward. Blessed on the jewelry/weapon 2h (because I'm a masochist) and swordboard (for my d bar)
