I cannot tell what you are trying to show, but I assume someone is online but their status is different.

I think it is top left there is a head icon for you. Click on it for a pull down that gives you the option to show yourself online, offline, DND and one more option iirc. It will not automatically toggle back to online or any other setting as this is all manual.

If I did not understand then please disregard completely.

That is a glitch. Usually see it if someone has not logged on in ages, but can probably occur otherwise.

its not small its standart picture taken from guild roster from fullHD resolution

it is, i played with a guild mate who constantly re-rolled / deleted characters and saw his status blank like that all the time after deleting the last char he logged on
