Debuffs Not Leaving My Character Sheet After Expiring

https://youtu.be/KDZ_2baayX4They show up on my screen via an addon, but after talking to the addon author they say they're pulling buff/debuff info from the character sheet. So I checked the character sheet and there's a crazy amount of stuff there -- they're not currently affecting me but they just stay on there. It starts to cover/clutter up parts of my screen where I'm used to seeing active debuffs not a whole bunch of garbage.
Not sure if reloadui fixes it but I'd rather it didn't happen in the first place.
Using Curse Eater, Barkskin, and Earthgore in this build, have been seeing this happen since Wrathstone launched -- also my first time using Curse Eater and Barkskin in PVP so it may have something to do with the sets.
