Quick Siphon

Anyone played around with Quick Siphon? The general consensus for trials seems to be either morph is terrible, it’s easier to not bring a magwarden, have a healer use elemental drain, so even the morph that gives mana drain isn’t worth it.

My question is has anyone actually tried using it? Is it like other heals where it’s target capped at 6 players or can it heal an unlimited number of players beating on one target? How does it work in the ways that are never included on tool tips?
Looking for any guildies I used to play with:
Havoc Warhammer - Alair
LoC EQ2 - Mayi and Iskiab
PRX and Tabula Rasa - Rift - Iskiab
Or anyone else I used to play games with in guilds I’ve forgotten

Well the other morph, what was it called (Force Siphon?), did see usage in PvE raids way back before ZoS changed it and Ele Drain to provide the same Debuff in Homestead. Now it's just an awful skill, because Blood Altar does the same but better as it has a longer duration and gives a big heal with a synergy at the cost of a cast time. The same goes for Ele Drain, on top of giving the same Debuff (minor Magicka Steal) it's instant cast and provides Major Breach aswell.
May I ask what a magwarden has to do with this skill?
    Dro m'Athra Destroyer
    Tick Tock Terrorist Tormentor
    Immortal Memer
    Gryphon Heart

If ZOS would remove the cast time on Force Siphon and made it last 30 seconds, it might be worth slotting. This way, it would be a semi-decent trade off between E-Drain, Force Siphon and Blood Altar, with E-Drain being free with M.Breech, Force Siphon lasting slightly longer and having a heal, or Blood Altar healing for more and having a synergy but with a cast time and no magic restore.

    Sounds fair, all in all.

Leeching Vines provides Minor Lifesteal, same debuff as Force Siphon.

Plus wardens do major breach in their normal rotation. Ele drain looks like it’s mostly for the magic steal - major physical/spell resists are everywhere.
