Unable to play during the day

I've been having very bad connection issues with the game both on NA and EU, everytime I try to get in I get ''Connection to server timed out, Try again later'', whenever I manage to get in the game the lag is too much to be able to play and I get kicked out afterwards, I've tried to run other online games to see if it's a problem with my internet and they seem to run just fine, the connection was fine when I got in the game late at night and i'm trying to get in today and it's as awful as it was yesterday

Same. Yesterday I eventually got in but was pretty unplayable. Today I get into character screen and then just an 'unable to connect to server' message.

If the error message ''Connection to server timed out, Try again later'' continues to come up when logging in, the first thing to do is run through the troubleshooting in the help article below.

What do I do if I get an error stating "Login Error: Login Timeout" when logging into The Elder Scrolls Online?
