"Frostvault Conqueror" glitch [PS4]

So I did something I NEVER do, and cleared a DLC Dungeon on Veteran. Except apparently I didn't.
I used Activity Finder to find groups, and after MANY attempts, cleared the Dungeon (Not on Hard Mode, just normal). I beat Icestalker yesterday, late at night in a catastrophe of lag and long load times, then beat him again along with Tzogvin, the Vault Protector, and Bonechill earlier today (again, with some NASTY lag throughout), and beat the Stonekeeper a few hours ago (I got lucky and joined group that lost their Tank right at that boss), earning the Bust: Stonekeeper and his Mask.
But the "Frostvault Conqueror" achievement didn't pop, and when I went to check it in my journal, I had no credit for Tzogvin, the Protector, and Bonechill.
I don't want to do that again. I know for some people it's not a big deal, they can just run it again, but I don't typically play Veteran content AND I can never find reliable groups to play with even if I did. It's just not fun for me. I just really wanted the Mask and the pet Spider.
I already submitted a ticket and I'm hoping there's a chance it can be fixed...
