Solar barrage empower

This seems to be broken now, it no longer displays the empower buff icon at all and while the light attack damage is different, its very miniscule and most likely due to the minor sorcery from the illuminate passive.
can anyone confirm solar barrage not giving empower at all now?
I'm on xbox so i can't use cmx or anything for definitive testing.

you gain the Extra DMG on your LAs, however you do not get the Buff displayed.

Did some tests without pen etc. and came ona +- 28% boost when using solrar barrage...non barrage test for comparison was done with minor sorcery active.

seems to be only a visual bug.
