https://i.imgur.com/tpcrWu0.jpg. Think she's a breton but idk. Just want to make a better looking Mag Sorc. Got three race tokens to blow, and not great at character creator.

Also If you could recreate Volrina Quarra that'd be awsome also. http://orcz.com/ESO_Morrowind:_Volrina_Quarra (Imperial race)
Attempted this one but couldn't quite get it right.

I had a quick go at the 1st one (I don't have Imperial Edition so couldn't attempt the second, unfortunately).

This is kinda as close as i could get, and I actually think that the lady in your 1st photo is also an imperial by the way :)

    Anyhow - here she is:

    And sliders etc:

Hmmmm from the picture it's hard to say. I'll try it out, and see how it's looks ingame. Char creator doesn't do a great job at showing what they look like ingame.

Tried it out, and not quite the same, Any ways thanks and appreciate it for trying.

Test it out on PTS if you have downloaded that. In PTS, if you have empty character selection all good, if not, go into game and buy the character slot for 1 crown.

    Edit: Capture your screen shots...

Distinctly possible. The biggest tell on an Imperial is the nose, with the image dead on like this, it's impossible to see her nose's profile and verify.

Additionally, a direct headshot like that isn't easy to replicate. Having a few more for perspective can help a lot. Particularly a profile image.

Finally, if that's an NPC, it's possible the character cannot be fully replicated in the character creation tools we have. (Though, it's probably doable.)

Problem is I don't what npc that is, someone posted this in the eso reddit, and I thought she'd make for a good toon. Volrina Quarra only appears in the main quest for morrowind, and that's it. Don't feel like redoing the quest just to take bette photos.

If she is Volrina Quarra then she is an imperial according to this page X

Huh. My Imperial gal looks pretty similar to Volrina (though it's not an exact match), but I don't have any appearance tokens left so I can't access her slider settings.

Welp if, you ever get a race token again, in the future, remember me and post her sliders.

The first image is the Drake of Blades from the IC story line (she usually wears a hood with face mask, so you only see her eyes). And yes, she is an Imperial.
Pictures of her like this can only be taken during the final IC quest. Afterwards you won't get to see her anymore and before, as I said, she wears a mask, so no real opportunities to get better screenshots.

In general I'd say you could just use all sliders in the middle for the soft imperial face. Or tweak to your liking. This is how I would do it (I used the first skin color of the lower line, since she has really light skin):

Sliders are in the spoiler below.
