PS4 EU client bug

When starting the game, after the cinmatic logos press x to log in...and after that nothing happens. Stuck on the summerset screen. Restarting both client and ps4 didnt help. @ZOS_GinaBruno little help would be nice before I have to download for 8 hours...
Edit: it worked after restarting 20 times...but now the server seems to be down
