Looking for high quality vet trial guild - 50k+ StamBlade

Greetings. I'm on the east coast and looking for a high quality vet trial guild. Defining high quality, I mean having higher standards for players. Unfortunately I just left a vet trial guild with many skilled and nice players because for weeks they kept a terrible tank in place responsible for wiping us every single night without replacing him. As a previous raid leader, I think is unfair to the rest of the raid.
I'm old school or just old now I guess... Eq1 raider, World of Warcraft world 8th vanilla Nax clear, Rift world first HK clear, Lineage 2 one of the highest levels in DragonFire, etc. I have experience in vet vHOF, vMOL and vHRC.
Parse after recent patch (unassisted using dubious). I do a little more now, but this is the gist of it.
