Missing 3 Skill Points from Passive Revamp

Is anyone else missing skill points?
This is the case for me account wide on all characters.

Did anyone else experience this?
This is making me really afraid that ZOS *** up again and I didn't notice because I didn't keep track of how many Skill points I have.

For those of you who did keep track, did using a reset shrine bring them back?

had no troubels on PC EU, back when races where changed, nor since then...
you can try to reset via shrine, worst case is a up to 20k gold lost, and time spent to replace points, without gaining those 3 points back.

Xbox EU here - No such error, skill points were refunded on all characters, upon login - regardless of whether or not I race changed.

Get a ticket raised man.

EDIT: Racial skill points that is, the 9. not all lol.

Happened to my significant other. However, checking USPF, and messing with the respec shrine suggests that the missing skill points shouldn't have been there at all. It was strange.

It may be confusing, as the points are automatically reset for the racial skills, prior to login or any race change, so if you have checked your spare skill points upon login, then race changed - you won't have +3, 6 or 9 skill points as they were already refunded.

there is a message across the screen as you log in with each character, at least on XB EU there was.

You could test this, if you have a character you have yet to log in on since the update.
