Missing skill points

I've logged in after patch on ps4 EU and I had a notification that I need to reset my skill points. After going to my skills tab I noticed that I haven't been refunded my skill points that had been taken away!!

The only skill points that should have been refunded were the racial passives; the messaging for it just was a little unclear, apologies!

I think I have lost more than racial passives though. I've lost Dark Brotherhood/Thieves Guild passives which I KNOW I had bought because of the event but now I have no points left to allocate after buying racial passives. I've also lost destro and resto passives but I'm not 100% sure I had them all before. Wish I took a screenshot pre patch.

Before the updates I had 8 available and everything maxed, the update happened today on Xbox Eu and I now have 5 after remaxxing my racials

What a dang mess. I saw the message also but when I noticed that my skill points were still there I just assumed it was a false message.

I JUST NOW saw that the racial passives were not set and I've been running around without them since it dropped on PC.

What a dang mess ESO. You failed documentation.
