(PC-NA) Polar Ace Organization Officer/Member Recruitment [PVE - PVP - Trade - More!]
Greetings all,
Polar Ace is not exactly the typical clan or guild you find across the gaming community because it is an organization across multiple platforms and genres of games with a focus on the Esports communities. We are new to ESO and with a little help we have decided to reach out to the MMO community of Elder Scrolls Online and see who would like to become a part of something greater than the smaller guilds that are within this game. This is merely an opportunity for us, as well as you, to experience different types of players that we have not have the privilege of working with, and work on our community development.
As I mentioned before, Polar Ace is an organization in the FPS, BR, etc, communities that specifically work with Esports teams such as CSGO, Apex Legends, Ring of Elysium, CoD, R6, Mobile Games, and much more! We are mainly interested in the active community to fill our guild positions in the officer ranks and everything that lies below. We have an actual, and approachable, chain of command we follow as an organization so if you ever need anything all you need to do is let one of us know (let me or one of my staff know first rather than approaching other game managers or directors).
Now that I have explain the mission of Polar Ace and what we are doing here, time to talk about the guild itself. It is extremely welcome to new members in the game and we encourage new players to join us because it is a new thing for us as well so we can both learn together. Not only that but we encourage experienced players and die-hard fans to join as well and take their first step into leadership or to continue getting their name out there in the community especially for streamers. I, myself, have been a player for many years so I know what I want in my guild in terms of players which is the activity, leadership, and the compassion for the community and game.
Why is Polar Ace different than any other guild? Well we're a guild but also an organization. You can grow in Elder Scrolls as well as transfer over to Apex Legends and maybe if you are good enough, you can join our Apex Legends team or Call of Duty team, Rainbow 6, etc.
-Trials (PVE) / Cyrodiil (PVP)
We will host weekly trial runs of all trials (which means we're looking for IGL / In-Game Leaders) to call the strats for each trial) as well make-up days for people who couldn't be there for it. Not only that but PVP weekly runs so for those who really enjoy PVP, they can get their hands dirty with that as well (again, looking for IGL / In-Game Leaders to call directions and take their parties to capture spots and more importantly - have fun).
Auctions for those who want to help the guild out and those who would like to have some extra motifs to resell or for the crafters who want the materials.
-Guild Trader
Typical trader that most guilds have and is open to anything put in there.
-Daily Runs
Wrothgar daily runs are popular so we would be interested in seeing who else would like to get their dailies done fairly, meaning, people wait up for you to finish collecting all the meat you need before finishing the quest. This could also include Gold Coast if people are interested in that as well.
-Imperial City Runs
For those who want to get Tel Var stones from running Imperial City then you are welcomed too and can run with your friends and bring them into Polar Ace.
-Guild Bank
There's tons more, we at Polar Ace, would like to experience with this community and If you believe this IS for you, then surely reply here, message me in-game, or come to our Discord (contact info down below).
The positions we're looking for include:
-6 PVE Officers: will take part in an application process to test your knowledge about PVE including trials, dungeons, vet, resource farming/paths, current builds, and leading a guild (Must have Discord).
-6 PVP Officers: will take part in an application process to test your knowledge about PVP including Cyrodiil, Alliance War, resources claims/releases, current builds, and leading a guild (Must have Discord).
-Unlimited IGL/In-Game Leaders: will take part in an application process to test your knowledge specifically about most, if not all, trials (if you only know one or two, that is also OK and are still encouraged to apply because this would be a good time to learn from other IGL/Officers) (Must have Discord).
-Unlimited Master Crafters: NO Application process, just be active and engaged in the community and help when needed (payment may or may not be delivered by the buyer, but you may get payed by the guild for your services, still undetermined).
-Unlimited Streamers: NO Application process, just be active and engaged in the community and Stream trials if applicable. Personally, streamers are what brings a lot to a game because without them, there isn't too much advertisement. Streamers in our guild could do anything they pretty much desire for content if they spread the guild but DO NOT become a sellout and still enjoy the game for what it is worth and the community it comes with. We do not care if you are a Streamer with one viewer or 100 if you represent the Polar Ace community but also represent yourself as a streamer.
Lastly, I want to point out that there is no 'age-limit' for this organization, and we welcome all ages with open arms. If you prove you're worth keeping around, then who are we to say differently?
