Completely new to MMOs and I am looking for my first ever guild to join

TLDR: I've never played an MMO until now and I am looking for my first ever guild.
About me:
ESO is my first MMO that I've actually decided to keep playing past level 10 for once and as of now I am sitting at a level 43 khajiit nightblade and think I'm ready to journey forward and begin to learn more about this game and play with different people. Me and 2 other friends have started playing roughly 2 to 3 weeks ago and have started to get really hooked on the game and begin to enjoy it but as of now the 3 of us are guildless and I would like to find something for all 3 of us to be apart of.
What kind of guild am I looking for?
I am mainly looking for a guild with a community that is very easy going, relaxed, and knows when to have fun and not let frustration get the best of them, hell if your guild plays other games than just ESO on your discord then definitely sign me up. Since this is in fact my first ever MMO I'm certain I come off very noobish and might honestly be doing a lot of things wrong and not realize it but that is why I'm looking for a guild, it is to learn about this game and how it functions as once I get to really liking a game I am very determined to learn it's mechanics and add it to my list of games I can play and never get bored.
How often will I be online?
As of now I am a Junior in highschool with quite a plate full of homework typically so the times I can get on and play will vary greatly as some weeks I have nothing to do and other weeks it's a complete and total *** storm of homework but I promise you I will be on and playing whenever I have the opportunity as I guess you can say I'm very addicted to the game and this hasn't happened to me since I got into Rainbow 6 Siege which I just burnt myself out on.
Last detail regarding my username and sense of humor?
Now I will go ahead and say that if your community is sensitive to a certain degree when it comes to jokes and other things then I'd suggest you think about whether or not it is a good idea to invite me as my friends nicknamed me a racial slur for being mexican and while I do not take any offense to it and am not ashamed of it my usernames on steam, discord, and eso are variations of my "Nickname" I will also clarify that any jokes I make I do not actually believe in and will typically censor myself until I get to know the community more on how they are and how they act to determine how I should act as well so if you have guidelines against things like that then just know that while my sense of humor isn't the most "Correct" I know and am well aware that there is a time and a place for everything.
