The Elder Scrolls Online v4.3.7 fixes an issue where you couldn’t consistently target enemies, in addition to some Guild Trader UI and housing permission issues, among a few other fixes. The size of this patch is approximately 143MB.

Fixed issue where the search results screen would jump to the top of the list after purchasing items.
