is it somehow possible or possible to get in the future, to have a costume on and still change the style of your weapon by motifs?

You can do that at the moment can't you? Or are you after something different?
I can wear a costume and if I apply an outfit, my weapons change to that which I have assigned.

You can do it already? Costumes will overwrite outfits but not weapons.

For once I thought you meant costume + outfits on body although only head works

Yes, you can change the weapon motif or style at the outfit station and still wear a costume.
Remember that changing the weapon style will cost gold (unless you have an outfit token)
