Ignore the regen question. I'm on my mobile device and didn't know that was a linked video.

Enjoyed the vid OP, cheers. Personally I would change BSW for Innate Axiom (in fact I have, on my DK). Let me explain why...
The only skill it doesn't buff is Blockade and the damage from that is rather small anyway, it's mostly there for Root, Snare and Maim. On my PVE DPS parses with MagDK the best uptime I've had on BSW was 58% and I average about 55%. If you manage same uptime in PvP (doubtful) you get 55% * 525 = 288.75 SD. That's how much you average for the duration of the fight and you only go down from that.
Axiom's 5th bonus is 400 SD constant which is almost as much as you get from BSW's 2nd bonus (129 SD) and 5th bonus (~288 SD) combined. It also offers the same Max Magicka and Spell Crit, making the Axiom's 1096 Stamina bonus effectively the difference between the two sets. And it's a craftable set which requires no farming or transmuting.
Admittedly BSW can create moments of higher burst when the proc is there, by about 250 sp. dmg. more. But I don't really like having to rely on that proc before dropping ults.
Comes down to preferences ultimately, but it's an alternative for those who don't want to farm/run BSW

- What do you use for executing?
- How would you compare your build to StamDKs? stronger?
- do you think it would work well with 5heavy?
My biggest issue with Axiom is that it doesn't buff your light attacks, which is significant when you use a flame staff. If weaving properly its likely your highest DPS over the course of a fight

Soooo meta from pre-morrowind pretty much

Fello Dragonknights...help!!
I love the idea of using Rattlecage...I'm an old fan!
For the second set I have a lot of varied and perhaps not so good ideas so I think I could do with some help. I'm not so keen on BSW as, quite honestly, can't be bothered to farm it.
Calurion: it seems to hit pretty hard....when it does!
Overwhelming: I use lots of class abilities and the extra damage seems ok
Spinner: quite a solid choice given the extra penetration
Axiom: already better than War Maiden in my opinion...I tend to use most class abilities.
Bright Throat: that would be like the build Alcast published...huge a mount of magicka pool!!
Shacklebreaker: extra magicka and a pinch of stamina
Silks of the Fire: some decent extra spell damage
One last question: in terms of damage...better to invest in a huge magicka pool or in spell damage?
Thank for any sugestions
MagDK is my favorite class to use caluurion's on. With Fossilize you can pretty much force the enemy to eat the proc damage, and it's also much harder to dodge it from the melee range. Also, reflected projectiles from wings can proc it (rip wings) so occasionally you'll see a sniper die to his own snipesFello Dragonknights...help!!

You'd rather farm Fang Lair than City of Ash? CoA is one of the easiest base game dungeons

how about in Elswyer with all its glorious buff for MagDK? did u try PTS with this build?
