An idea about Tank enchant nerfs

How about a passive skill for One Handed & Shield that lets weapons apply glyph effects? But they should apply the same debuff as enchants so they can't be stacked with actual enchantments.

Swords: Hardening
Maces: Crushing
Axes: Weakening
Daggers: Absorb Health

Or... a passive that just increases the 1h enchant to be equal to a 2h when using 1h & shield.
