A few different build questions! ( Novice at PVP)

Stamwarden questions:
I'm currently running 7th Legion, Brass fortress all in Impen. (I run Bgs a lot more than Cyro.) and Selenes. I still get murked for 3-4k attacks at a time. It feels like a barely scratch people. Is there anything I can do to help my damage/survivability?
Bar 1 (2h) Brawler, Executioner, Bird of Prey, Cutting Dive, Sub Assault. Ult (WW Berserker)
Bar 2 (2h Buffs!) Resolving Vigor, Momentum, Ice Fortress, Crystallized Shield, Bull Netch. Ult Permafrost
My thoughts are to: Switch to 2h DMG, and Sword/Board Tank Bar. Or, Switch to Dual Wield, S/B Tank Bar. OR Dual Wield DMG, 2h Buff Bar.

I'd like more general advice with this build. So far, I've just barely created it. Here's my idea.
Orc. Werewolf. (Morph to Berserker in time)
Dual Wield Dmg, 2h Buffs
Bar Setup To be Determined. Maybe Dawnbreaker of Smiting on DMG bar and WW on Backbar?
Any sets to be recommended for this?
