I read on the patch notes th
at this had been fixed and Iskanaaz was now in the right place and we could advance the quest- I went to do empty nest FINALLY only to dicover it isnt fixed at all and all their is is a dead Argonian on the place where he should be. If you say its fixed PLEASE DO IT !
