ESO Glitch on Trader - ESO said they will not fix with GM? Is this a common issue?

My 2nd in Command found a guild trader last night that had no store. I was on chat with her while this happened. The guild store had no name next to it and no store when pressed guild store. She placed a bid, as it's first come first serve bases. Well once when she placed a bid our guild did not show up, instead another guild showed up and ESO put our bid for the following week.
They did not have a bid ending time at the bottom like they usually do and this happened a few hours after we lost our original bid. So, being the guildmaster - I contacted ESO and they said that they cannot fix the issue and that my second in command should open a ticket.
My second in command is going to be opening a ticket, but I'm concerned that they will not help because of how they worded the response.
Is this a common issue with traders? I have seen a lot of guild traders with no stores and nothing in the stores over the past month or two - I'd have to travel back and forth in order for the trader to pop up.
Any help is appreciated (I'm relatively new at this forum)

✭✭✭✭✭If the trader is open, it should say "hire trader". If you bid on it, that bid counts for the coming week.1
