Lingering AoE on resurrection

People resurrecting at a keep still exploding, burning etc.

I always assumed it was purely graphical however I've noticed several times of late I actually take a small amount of DoT damage from what was a corpse a few seconds ago.

Seems to me players are not dropping data fast enough when they die which may be no revelation but it perhaps sheds some light on why in combat is a constant problem.
Why changing weapons, skills or items on quick slots when you haven't touched an enemy becomes impossible.

There needs to be some; purge status - proceed step.

    This is one of the most damning customer facing bugs in the game because it suggests very ugly programming . This simply should not ever happen. Each spawn should be its own session that is fully closed upon death.

    I think that you also keep your buffs when you respawn so Im ok with that.

    Werewolfs wont be OK with that. Especcially in BGs where you die and instantly want to get back into the fight :/

    It's also closely knitted to what causes the stuck in combat bug.
