Battle is faster paced though which I like. And I’m still not convinced it’s all that much different. It seems to be mostly opinion. Are we really sure the damage is that much higher?
Im getting hit with 10k snipes in BGs. Only seen them that high in CP pvp.
This could be the new Khajit passive. Guaranteed crit from stealth. Stamblades have too many powerful guaranteed effects from stealth that are unnecessary like crit and a CC. As if they don’t have enough good CC options and damage already.
i rly dont get it i never die to snipes infact people using it are the greatest fodder for my score. can u make a video of that pls becouse on EU the people sniping are victims so i try to get an idea of it. becouse currently i jsut dont understand the problem.

Same thing people say about bleeds. It's not something you die to, but when outnumbered and a guy is spamming 10k hits from a huge distance away that is adding major defile while his friends constantly cc/snare you it can be pretty annoying, and often lead to a death. If I am solo and outnumbered I can't think of anything else that puts me so much on the defensive.
i didnt notice any change in damage. lightarmored people still die like flies and heavy armor healer can still hold of 3 people.
if it changed then definately for the better if it comes to high end mmr pvp where everyone hitting each other with wet noodles (its rly no fun at all).
if its such a successfull tactic to snipe then by all means go try it. eventually u will meet experienced people who counter that and so u will learn what to do when ur the one beeing sniped.(with "you" i dont mean u personally but rather the people that think its OP). im talking as a magicka main here.

I play no cp so some things are different, and no one hits like a wet noodle here, damage is very high.
And Snipe in 1v1 is completely useless, but I mean it's strong in xv1, and of course most things are but snipe does ult level damage and applies major defile, that is not weak, it's damn strong, it's just niche and unfortunately works crazy good when people outnumber someone. And the fact the the sniper is probably highly unskillked and squishy means less when you need to run through a whole group of players and try to hold them off whiletrying to kill the sniper while hes spamming cloak and roll.
on which server are u ? snipe is only good when ur team is unorginized and run like headless chickens around the battlefield. i personally allways keep on touch through chat with the group and tell them what we gotta do and when we gotta group up again. i also allways keep an eye on heavy hitters or healers on enemy team. target prioritisation is a huge thing.
this is the score of the match. red team had 2 nightbows and dk to cc people and they couldnt win. whenever they showed up 2 of us immadiately hunted them down.
u gotta be aware that invisibility is not something that just nightblades can utilize. sneak and wait till u see the first snipe. then rush (two hander or anything that can catapult u to them) and use radiant light. if ur a magicka user its even easier becouse u can utilize detection pots.

We are speaking about 2 different game types ^^ I didn't mean bgs, I was talking about open world, when I'm solo and multiple players are focusing me. In bgs I have no issues with snipe at all because I have a team too and it's 100x easier to handle when it's only 4 people and the snipers have nothing to hide behined.
this thread istn only about snipe guys.
snipe can be deadly if caught in bad situations but there isnt anything wrong just with it. All damage is now somehow weird. maybe it has something about crt multipliers in noCP
yesterday i got hit by over 8k subterrain assault ( damage was over 8k but i dont remember exact number now and because i am in work i can post that screenshot here in few hours, it also was 2nd or 3rd skill on my death recap so it wasnt finisher)
that was with 19k armor and 7 impen pieces in noCP
