1h/shield glyphs

I understand and agree with the glyph changes for dual wield. It makes sense to me. However, the same limitation for 1h/shield does not. Typically people running 1h/shield arent worried so much about dps on that bar as they are with debuffing or returning resources....and those who do try and dps on a shield bar wont break the game by having a full strength glyph. Whats the rationale for halving glyph strength on 1h/shield?

    You get a half enchant on your 1h and you get a full enchant on your shield. They probably could've slapped a nerf on the shield enchant too, but I see why they shouldn't.

    Doesn't make sense to me at all. If enchants could stack, it would have made sense, but they can't. Every enchant must be different. Can't put two absorb stamina halves and make it work like a single full one. Can't make two weapon damage from two halves. DW now can't reproduce same enchantment effect that is possible to create on 2H / bows / staves. So no, no rationale for halving DW glyphs either.

    John, it made no sense that in effect dual wield enchants were cumulatively in essence twice as powerful as 2h enchants, or nearly so. Thats why I could see the reason behind it.

    I just run poisons on my DW bar. Escapist. Stun, immovable, return health, return magicka. 6% damage on that bar is too great to give up on my MagDk. Works ok.
