help.elderscrollsonline.com page is a bit awful.
1. It will *not* log in using Chrome. I had to use Firefox for the Log In button to function.
2. Your system doesn't allow attaching PNG format files. These are *very* format ESO screenshots in! Their very own created screenshots can't be attached unless you convert them. Terrible.
