Missing Facial Marking in character creation?

I found a very weird issue this morning, and while nothing serious, it has me very confused and a little disappointed.
I had a female warden orc character whom I did not build very well, but loved her look. (Her back story was she was burned badly so afraid of fire and she used the frost warden abilities.) I decided to just delete and remake her instead of respec.
Go to character creation, chiose burn bidy markings, go to facial markings and...
no burn marks.
The weirder thing is that I cannot find a single video on youtube where they show all options with the burn scars there. It’s like they never existed. I actually finally found an image of an Imperial with them, but I checked and it’s missing too.
So basically, why would they remove this little option and when? But also why can I not find evidence of it’s existence? Lol
I have one picture of her, but not currently uploaded anywhere for me to post here, but here’s the Imperial I found.
Again no biggie, just found it odd and sad that I can’t remake her as I had. Had I known, I may have just tried to respec her ingame.

✭My male nord warden was created with that scarring.
From what I can recall, it's created by choosing the burn scarred body option and the face burn scar comes with it.
I will go into char creation and see if i can replicate it now.
Edit: The burn scars are there as normal. They work for most races and either sex.

epeira8Soul ShrivenIt does not work for me (just tried to make a male Nord for the heck of it.) I get the body but nothing on the face. It’s not even in the facial or body marking pack you can buy in the crown store (the body ones but no face.)
I’m on PS4 if that makes any difference.0 -

✭It may well make a difference. The PS4 version is different to the PC version (the one i use) and could be missing that option.
I should report it as a bug and push for a fix.1
