Which backbar 2H weapon do you recommend for no-cp with Major Fracture debuff on target and no other pen items.

None. Pretty sure only S&B provides that debuff.

Well it depends on what you want. Speed and dot or heal/snare removal. I am not sure why you mention major fracture. Or I do not understand.

Greatsword gives a flat dmg buff, battle axe can proc a bleed and a maul ignores 20% of resistances.
So greatsword will boost healing by a bit, battle axe can proc more damage and a maul will offer more penetration but I'm not sure how it's calculated.

Greatswords damage done does not impact heals.

Oh really? People always told me to use a greatsword to boost rally heals so I assumed it did, my bad then.

Back bars are generally buff/turtle bars in pvp, it really depends on the skills and what you want to do, decisive/powered/defending are your 3 best 3 options, infused is a good option.. but generally a bow is used more as the la weave to front bar is smoother
