Can't understand the whole 810 cp thing, most I see on anchors, dungeons etc are pretty average at best, no doubt some are great players but a lot have just played along time without understanding stuff.
On the flip side, have seen a lot of 200-300 cp that are very good, maybe these are levelling alt's by good players, moral is don't assume some are rubbish purely based on cp level.

Can't be alts, but certainly could be good MMO players newish to this particular game. Under-50s can be alts, however, and hence benefit from player experience, CP and likely gear.
Funny thing, I know low cps that are better than some 810 cp
