Do you feel like you need to redo some quests or entire stories?

The lore ESO provides is deep and wide as ocean. I often feel that I'm lost in it, that I definitely missed something important. For instance, I'd love to pen Reaper's March history - namely, Khajiit history of this place. I remember a lot of insightful dialogues while doing quests there. But that quests are done. I did them last year or so. I feel that I need to do Reaper's March once again. Not a problem since we can have a lot of alts... But is it just me? Or someone feels the same?

ESO benefits from very rich, and sometimes very clever, storytelling and lore. One of the main reasons I stick with the game is to explore, and see what interesting bits I can read here and there. Some zones and quests really stand out, and I do like to revisit them with alts. I'll usually rotate which alliance I go through, so that by the time I get back to one it's months or a year or more later. By that time, it seems fresh again, and less like a quick re-read.
For a moment, nothing happened. Then, after a second or so, nothing continued to happen. - Douglas Adams

It is a rare mind indeed that can render the hitherto non-existent blindingly obvious. The cry 'I could have thought of that' is a very popular and misleading one, for the fact is that they didn't, and a very significant and revealing fact it is too. - Douglas Adams

Actually I would like to have my character writing a diary or something of that sort where I can look up the dialogues that character has experienced (filtered based on Zone and some subcategories maybe). And I would like to have an ingame option (preferably included in the first thing I mentioned) to look up all that mails my hirelings have sent me, because I did like some of them a lot.

I'd love to be able to redo Stonefalls and Mournhold, especially the latter. I started playing right when One Tamriel landed, and ended up meeting Naryu and Almalexia far too early. Basically skipped half of Mournhold. I later learned Naryu wasn't even supposed to be outside the temple, and that it was a bug :(

Glad I had some common sense for Coldharbour though, as one time I used a guildy to teleport there expecting to be forced to the main hub town... but ended up at the far north of the map! :#

The closest thing I've ever had to such a diary was in a game I played long ago ... what was it called ... oh yes! It was called "Morrowind".

As for the hireling emails -- fortunately, there's a website where one can reread most or all of them.

    https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Hirelings

The hireling emails ARE somewhat integrated with the story, by the way. Narsis Dren was first introduced with them. Melina Cassel, my favorite of all the hirelings, gives us color on House Ravenwatch. Veesk-Olan interacts with various EP NPCs. Margog's crush has migrated to the Sentinel outlaw haven. Etc.

I agree on Melina, she is my favourite one too. And I know of that website  I would just like to have some kind of ingame option, since a game shouldn't rely on unofficial online content imo (still the guys at UESP do a great job, I use their website quite often)
EDIT: and I know of them being integrated into the story as well, nevertheless thank you :)

As a person with many characters, I don't want to redo psijic order anymore. Nor main story. Nor any quest that gives skill points. No more.

Yes, an option to replay a quest just for the story/lore would be very nice. This goes for dungeons too, where I've missed a lot of dialogue because I was busy.
