Does the Wraith summoned from Icy Conjurer count as a "pet" while it is traveling to the enemy? While it is damaging the enemy? etc? For us pleb console players, I'd like to know ahead of time. Thanks!

Traveling time and damaging time, both doesnt increase max magicka from Necropotence. So no, doesnt Count as a pet.
