Getting whispers for doing MagDK things

I have a pretty static combo that works well in BGs for squishy targets: Embers, engulfing, fossilize, whip, lash, leap (if needed). This leads to many whispers saying I have no skill. The newest was today saying I spam leap. Is what I'm doing cheese or something? I thought I was just being a MagDK and doing MagDK things.

Just don't react to it.

I'm a magblade. If I use cloak, I'm a cloakspammer.
If I fear I am a fear-cancelling exploited.
I have even been called a batswarmsploiter.

Some people just get salty when they die or are annoyed. They even tend to send whispers when they win, calling you a noob which is even more sad.

Just save it as a screenshot as a trophy. You just did something good.

I really destroy people with my magdk and of course with a very similair combo. Take the hate and keep going as you will get better and better, very nice class that offers great control

The only way to avoid unwarranted whispers in PvP is to run in offline mode. You can do everything right and it won't matter. People are insane.

I feel so strong this patch on my light armor Dunmer MagDk. People have been melting in BGs

Mag DK is strong and dks in general are becoming more popular. Suprised he didn't hit you with " meta chasing scrub "

Aren't a lot of people running heavy armor though on MagDK? I have been seeing a lot of nightblades since wrathstone. I assume because shadow buff. Trying to get some crazy high crits from stealth.

I live the rage tells from people when you play on any dk stating you spam things that are not spammable.

"You spam fossilize". Because you know, cc immunity doesnt exist

Those sorts of people are just unhappy that you bested them so they need to make an excuse at your expense so they feel better. I have hundreds of hours in nightblade so I know the combos and playstyle to a T and from time to time I get hate tells of people saying I'm using a macro or hacking or simply just insulting me. If you don't want to see them you'll have to play in offline or just learn to laugh at those losers.

People are getting triggered fast when enemy can control them too easy and DK lately is one of the better classes for easy control vs single opponent.

It's not players fault though that they're using strong , easy and effective combos. It's developers fault to allow for such combos to exist.

Play the way you want. Everyone has their own idea of what cheese is. From proc sets to roll dodge spam, from cloak to wings.

When people grow up they realize that cheese is just something that you project onto a mechanic you don't like.

On monday I had a player tell me I was a *** human being for applying Total Dark on his DK ass while he was trying to rez another player.

Humans say stupid things sometimes lol.

Just move on and don't give them more attention than they deserve. I rarely get hate whispers, but a while back i got a "Must be nice to hold block and spam BoL"...I'm a magplar, that's what magplars do. Shields are for blocking, BoL is for healing. Guess i was supposed to let him kill me despite having the tools to prevent it. The guy got pakt up twice in that bg 1v1, then got pakt up again in cyrodiil despite having the biggest zerg i've ever seen with him.

Some people just have nothing better to do.

or really, they should make every ability a separate PvP entity instead of having what we see in PvE and using a battle spirit passive buff to even things out.

Dragonknights are very powerful in the right hands. Fighting another DK is quite a rush.

More than likely it's fossilize. It's somewhat looked down on for being a low IQ CC (through no fault of the player). Because it goes through EVERYTHING, it means you can successfully incapacitate someone long enough to land one of your high damage leaps. But does that mean you shouldn't use it? Hell naw man. Go for it.
If it's in your kit, then don't for one second feel bad for using it.

I have received: rage whispers for going with the meta. Mock whispers, when trying and failing an odd build, and compliment whispers, for succesfully killing a guy with an odd build, though rage whispers are more common.
