more bugs with siege

In addition to the new op damage they have, there are also a few more little bugs:

• Siege damage does not get reduced for pets. They will die really fast from the dot
• You can dodge the siege dot. I do not believe this is intended or at least it does not make a lot of sense
• ignores shields

Since the siege was "fixed", they are worthless. trying to defend a Keep is practically pointless.

So...was it pointless before Wrathstone? Because the "fix" was supposed to just revert siege back to its state after Wolfhunter.

It seems the fix made siege weaker then it was before Wrathstone. Before Wrathstone, having 3-4 oil pots above a door and people would back off, now they will stand under 6 oil pots like it's nothing.
