Teleport Strike and Blade of Woe - getting trapped in scenery after using.

When using blade of woe the final "cut scene" has left me trapped in scenery; for example
Trapped under a table in a house - doing some work for the thieves guild
Trapped inside a potted plant in Vvardenfell - having to steel someones slave papers to set them free.
Teleport Strike has left me in crouch mode in the middle of a fight in Ilessan Tower
Only noticed this since update 21.
Getting trapped in the plant occurred more than once.... my wife is still laughing, as much at my cries of indignation as anything else I suspect.
