Menu Icons Not Appearing

Whenever I open a menu (e.i. Inventory, Settings, Map) the icons do not show up. For example, when I open my inventory, the weapon, jewelry, furnishings, quest, quickslot, and all icons on the top menu are gone. However, when I mouse over where they should be, I can still click them as normal. I have tried turning off all addons and the problem still persists which tells me it’s an actual game bug.
