For example is it additive or multiplicative?

So does 20% from elf born mean 20+10=30

Or does it mean 1.20*1.10=1.32

Also how do these interact with blessed?

    Yeah it's the same for critical healing. All additive. I don't think a lot of bonuses/buffs are multiplicative in Wrathstone, only minor berserk comes to mind.
