Addons not loading in

I click the "Allow out of date Addons" in the in-game addon selection. Than I reload ui, and still the game is not allowing these addons. I have updated more than half of my addons and am still having this issue, also ocurs when I enter the game from the character selection screen with all the addons activated with the Allow out of date Addons to run. Not sure why my addons are not working
