Game minimizing, switching to Desktop

• ESO Store for maintenance – April 10, 12:00PM EDT (16:00 UTC) - 3:00PM EDT (19:00 UTC)

Since the update, the game is constantly and inconsistently (multiple times in a row, or within 5 minutes or so) the game minimizes and switches me to my desktop. I pull up the game again, and it can either happen again right away or not for 30 seconds or a couple of minutes.
